Ana Liffey Drug Project is a low threshold, harm reduction service working hard to meet the needs of people with complex and multiple needs. Ana Liffey is now seeking:1. Full time Project Worker (x2) on the Assertive Case Management Team based in Dublin City Centre. 2. A part time Project Worker on our Dublin team, based on Middle Abbey Street.3. Various volunteer roles on our Midwest team, based in Limerick City.
Assertive Case Management Team:
Ana Liffey now seeks two dynamic, experienced and motivated individuals to join the team. The roles involve case managing 20 cases each, targeting supports at the most vulnerable and complex cases in Dublin’s City Centre and North East Inner City, as part of a team. The roles will work to implement the National Drug Rehabilitation Framework under a low threshold, harm reduction ethos on an outreach, inreach and flexible basis.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:• A minimum of two years’ experience of working and/or training in the area of addiction. • Experience of case management / care planning process and implementation • A relevant third level qualification • A full driving licence • Strong communication and inter-personal skills at all levels. • Ability to be clear and explicit about professional boundaries • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise needs and objectives.

Dublin team:
This team now seeks an empathic, low threshold, motivated person to join our busy team on Middle Abbey Street on a part time basis. The role will work alongside colleagues to provide our harm reduction services including drop in, crisis interventions and overdose prevention services. The role is required for 17.5 hours per week in the mornings from Monday to Friday.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:• Experience in working with people who use drugs. • A relevant third level qualification • Believe in the principles of harm reduction• Strong communication and inter-personal skills at all levels. • Ability to be clear and explicit about professional boundaries

Midwest team:
This team now seeks individuals across Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary who wish to volunteer for a least a half day per fortnight to work alongside our experienced and professional team, delivering harm reduction services to people who use drugs in the Midwest.
