Ana Liffey Drug Project is a low threshold service providing support to people who experience a social exclusion and marginalization. Ana Liffey’s team works on a flexible, service user centered way to bring services to [people in the places and ways which suit the service user best. Our team are skilled in supporting people with issues such as dual diagnosis, addiction, homelessness, domestic violence and physical health issues. We are proactive, pragmatic, and constantly evolving to meet service user needs.

Our Dublin based services are now recruiting for the following roles:

Nurses (RGN and/or RPN) to work on our community based outreach clinical team. Our nurse team is lead by an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II and provide low threshold nursing care to service users on an inreach, outreach and fixed site surgery basis.

• Salary € 40,633 per annum.
• Working hours: 35 hours per week between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Nurse Job Description

Project Workers on PACT (Private Emergency Accommodation Assertive Case Management Team). This team provides assessment, key working and case management to people living in emergency accommodation in Dublin. Our work is carried out through inreach to homeless settings and through tailored one to one work with services users. This work is done in partnership with Dublin Regional Homeless Executive, HSE and other partners.

• Salary € 37,382 per annum.
• Working hours: 35 hours per week between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Project Worker Job Description

Project Workers on LEAR (Law Engagement Assisted Recovery). This team specializes in working with people who are entrenched in street life and acquisitive crime. The team work on an outreach and tailored one to one basis to provide assessment and case management to people in partnership with An Garda Siochána.

• Salary € 37,382 per annum.
• Working hours: 35 hours per week between 7am and 10pm Monday to Friday.

• This role is based in Dublin 1
