Ana Liffey’s team currently play a key role in providing key working and case management to people living in homeless services across Dublin on an inreach basis. We are now seeking to recruit proactive, empathic and solution focused people to provide harm reduction interventions, key working and case management in homeless services as part of our existing Dublin team.
