The Ana Liffey Drug Project is recruiting for a Project Worker for their Midlands Region Team.
This position will be based primarily in Mullingar and will include some travel to Offaly, Longford and Laois. The position will work as part of the Ana Liffey Mullingar Open Access Service as well as the Midlands Outreach and Case Management Team.
The Ana Liffey Drug Project provides a substance misuse service in the Midlands Region with support from the Midlands Regional Drugs Task Force and the HSE. The Open Access Service provides a low-threshold harm reduction drop-in service to drug users based in Mullingar. The Outreach and Case Management service provides assertive outreach to over 18’s and under 18 year olds across all four counties in the Midlands in partnership with local agencies, the HSE and the Midlands Regional Drugs Task Force.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate from a relevant program or someone with post-qualification experience to join an established team working in the area of problem substance use.
Contract: Indefinite
Salary: €32,351
Hours: 35 hours per week, 9.30am to 5.30pm
Base: Midlands, primarily Mullingar.
