We are recruiting for a Project Worker (Maternity cover) Midlands Region Team

The Ana Liffey Drug Project provides low-threshold harm reduction services to drug users.

This position will be based primarily in Tullamore and will work as part of the Ana Liffey’s Midlands team. The Ana Liffey Drug Project (Midlands) is funded by the Health Services Executive.

The successful applicant will provide outreach interventions, case management, needle and syringe programme and crisis interventions to both under 18’s and over 18’s affected by substance misuse in the Midlands region.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to further develop their skills in working under a low threshold, harm reduction ethos with service users, receive supervision and be provided with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Contract: 6 month period (MATERNITY COVER)
Salary:   €32,351
Hours:   Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5.30pm / 35 hours per week.
Base:  Midlands, Tullamore.
