The Ana Liffey Drug Project is recruiting for two Project Worker and a Volunteer Co-ordinator.
The Ana Liffey Drug Project is a “Low Threshold – Harm Reduction” service. Our mission is to work with people affected by problem substance use and the organisations that assist them. We do this to reduce harm to individuals and society, and to provide opportunities for development of those individuals and organisations.
We now seek to recruit for the following posts:
VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR
– 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (35 hours per week)
– Salary: €35,354 (Linked to HSE salary scales)
The Poole Volunteer Programme is a new initiative of the Ana Liffey’s The Volunteer Co-ordinator’s main focus of responsibility is the development, piloting, co-ordination and review of the Ana Liffey’s Poole Volunteer Programme. Poole Volunteers will include placement students, onsite volunteers, offsite volunteers, unpaid interns and Jobsbridge interns.
The Poole Volunteer Programme will involve recruitment, support development and review of placements of Poole Volunteers.
PROJECT WORKER (ONLINE AND DIGITAL SERVICES)
– 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (17.5 hours per week)
– Salary: €35,945 (Linked to HSE salary scales, Pro-rata for part time)
Under the guidance of the Team Leader (Online and Digital Services), the main focus of responsibility is the development and delivery of Ana Liffey’s support for Community Detox.
This Community Detox support will be delivered to brokers and partners through face-to-face interaction, teleconferencing and through innovative online tools to be developed by the Online and Digital Services Team. The Project Worker will also assist with the delivery of Ana Liffey’s other sectoral support initiatives as well as the development of services to be delivered to Ana Liffey partners and service users on http://www.drugs.ie www.aldp.ie and other online platforms.
PROJECT WORKER (MID-WEST)
– 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (17.5 hours per week)
– Salary: €35,945 (Linked to HSE salary scales, Pro-rata for part time)
Working as part of the Project Team and under the guidance of the Team Leader, the main focus of responsibility is the efficient and effective delivery of our services in the Mid-West Region. Through access to a structured package of care, intervention and support, this service will provide direct service provision to adults and their families who are actively using, or have previously used drugs. You will be responsible for providing effective delivery of direct services to the people who use our services; ensuring a warm and welcoming service is provided.
