Ana Liffey Drug Project is recruiting for its Central Office Team based in Dublin

We are recruiting for the following roles:

Senior Team Administration Support Worker (part-time position)

Reporting to the CEO, the purpose of the Senior Team Administration Support Worker’s role is to support the Senior Team in the timely, effective, and efficient management and coordination of ALDP functions across existing and planned sites and services throughout the organisation. Duties include providing high level, comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Team.

Salary: €15,445 for part time hours.

Contract: Permanent

Location: The base location for this role will be in one of Ana Liffey’s established buildings in Dublin. The Senior Team Administration Support worker will be expected to occasionally travel to other Ana Liffey site locations for in person meetings and to engage with other team members. Regarding requests for remote working, Ana Liffey works in line with the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023.

HR & Quality Manager (full-time position)

Reporting to the CEO, the role of the HR and Quality Manager is to oversee and provide strategic direction and high-quality leadership and support in the areas of Human Resource and Quality management to Ana Liffey. As an experienced HR professional, the role will provide guidance and operational oversight of all HR areas including recruitment, induction, staff handbook, all HR policies and procedures, staff performance management and staff development plans. As Quality Manager the role will provide oversight and direction to the development, implementation and maintenance of Ana Liffey’s Quality Management System working directly with the senior management team, team leaders and organisation.

Salary: €53,347

Contract: Permanent

Location: The base location for this role will be in one of the established Ana Liffey buildings in Dublin. The HR /Quality manager will be expected to travel to Ana Liffey site locations across Dublin city and county and across the Midwest for in person meetings and to regularly engage with other senior management team members. Regarding requests for remote working, Ana Liffey works in line with the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023

HR Specialist (part-time position)

Reporting to the HR & Quality Manager, the purpose of the HR Specialist’s role is to support the HR/Quality Manager in the timely, effective, and efficient delivery of HR functions throughout the organisation of ALDP. As a HR Specialist with ALDP, the role will include providing support in recruitment, induction, training organisation, staff handbook, development and maintenance of HR policies and procedure, staff performance management and staff development plans, as well as supporting the HR/Quality Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ALDP Quality management system focused on HR functions.

Salary: €18,673 for part time hours.

Contract: Permanent

Location: The base location for this role will be in one of Ana Liffey’s established buildings. The HR Specialist worker will be expected to travel to other Ana Liffey site locations for in person meetings and to engage with other team members. Quality Administrator (part-time position)

Reporting to the HR & Quality Manager, the purpose of the Quality Administrator’s role is to support the HR/Quality Manager in the timely, effective, and efficient delivery of the Quality Management system and associated functions throughout the organisation of ALDP. As a Quality Administrator with ALDP, the role will include providing support in Quality activities and quality documentation, as well as supporting the HR/Quality Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ALDP Quality Management System (QMS).

Salary: €18,673 for part time hours

Contract: Permanent

Location: The base location for this role will be in one of Ana Liffey’s established buildings. The Quality Administrator will be expected to travel to other Ana Liffey site locations for in person meetings and to engage with other team members. Regarding requests for remote working, Ana Liffey works in line with the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023.

Facilities and Administration Support Worker (part-time position)

Reporting to the Office Team Leader, the purpose of the Facilities and Administration Support Worker’s role is to support the Office Team leader in the timely, effective, and efficient management and coordination of ALDP facilities across existing and planned sites and services throughout the organisation. Duties include planning and coordinating all maintenance work (including refurbishments) carrying out routine safety inspections, maintaining records, and supervising external contractors.

Salary: €18,673 for part time hours.

Contract: Permanent

Location: The base location for this role will be in one of Ana Liffey established buildings. The Facilities and Administrative Support worker will be expected to travel to other Ana Liffey site locations for in person meetings, carry out inspections and to regularly engage with other team members. Regarding requests for remote working, Ana Liffey works in line with the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023.
